WindyNation's Power-Flex welding battery cable is a highly flexible industrial-grade electrical cable manufactured right here in the USA. A high strand cable count combined with a soft, pliable EPDM insulation results in a flexible cable every time. This cable is resistant to tears, cuts, abrasion, water moisture, and oil-based solvents, with a 3:1 shrink ratio and an operating temperature range of -55C to 125C. It is resistant to many solvents, including salt water, gasoline, diesel, grease/lubricants, and more.

The pure copper tin-coated cable lugs offered by WindyNation are heavy-duty and meet the standard for 486 WIRE CONNECTORS AND SOLDERING LUGS. These cable lugs are ideal for marine and humid environments because the tin coating protects the copper cable lug from corrosion and oxidation. They are suitable for a wide range of uses, including RVs, boats, cars, trucks, golf carts, off-grid wind or solar installations, and more.

WindyNation's Power-Flex welding and battery cable is manufactured in the USA. Each cable that leaves the warehouse is precisely cut on an automated robotic cable processing machine and double-checked for quality and accuracy before it is shipped to customers. The package includes 1 black and 1 red pure copper inverter cables (with the option to select cable gauge and length), 8 feet of 10 Gauge black grounding cable with cable lug connectors, 4 pieces of 5/16" cable lug connectors, and 4 pieces of 3/8" cable lug connectors with heat shrink tubing.

The extra battery cable lugs are included so that users can attach the appropriate stud size for their battery and inverter mounting terminals. The 4 pieces of 5/16" cable lugs and 4 pieces of 3/8" cable lugs allow for all possible combinations, as nearly all inverters and batteries use 5/16" and/or 3/8" mounting terminals. Users can simply attach the appropriate cable lug stud size to the cable that fits their inverter and battery mounting terminals.

The inverter cables are WindyNation Power-Flex Battery Cable (pure copper) with SAE J1127 approval. The Power-Flex cable is a pure copper conductor and very flexible. Refer to the provided image chart to select the correct inverter cable gauge and length depending on the amperage of the inverter.

The cable lugs are made of pure copper with a corrosion-resistant tin coating. The heat shrink is black and certified for up to 105 C and 600V.
